Provide technical leadership within the team while remaining hands-on, focusing on the design and development of complex devices and instruments. Take ideas from concept (eureka moment) through to manufacture and deployment. Work on devices ranging in size from handheld to large sensor-based instruments used to detect and measure various parameters.
