Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer Required — Edinburgh

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing, award-winning M&E specialist who are entering the next phase of their UK and European expansion. With projects spanning data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial developments, sports stadiums, hotels, and movie studios, they are on a clear trajectory toward achieving £400 million turnover by 2030. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer to play a key role in their design team. You’ll be leading delivery on major projects, supporting the Design Director, managing and mentoring the wider team, and ensuring high-quality outputs. There is a clear path for progression into more senior leadership roles as the business continues to expand.

Key Skills / Experience

• Mechanical design for building services across large-scale projects
• Delivery across all RIBA stages
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
• Background in sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, or industrial preferred

Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer Package

• Up to £65,000 base salary (DOE)
• Annual performance-related bonus
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
