The role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role will contribute to a high-impact public sector Defence Nuclear infrastructure initiative focused on enhancing operational resilience and sustainability across critical systems. - Proven experience delivering engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to complex technical solutions and project outcomes.
- Strong track record of producing and reviewing detailed engineering documentation, including calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and customers to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
Qualifications for the Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience.
We offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including matched contribution pension scheme, life assurance, access to a Digital GP, and excellent development opportunities. We are a disability confident committed employer and are happy to talk about flexible working arrangements.
