Join our team and take ownership from concept to production, driving innovation and ensuring every product exceeds our high standards. What Youll Do: Lead design projects from concept through production, including prototype builds and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
Coach and mentor junior engineers, reviewing designs to maintain top-quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and service agents to ensure excellent user experience and technical support.
Generate and revise design specifications, maintenance manuals, and operation instructions.
Drive continuous improvement, suggesting enhancements to products, processes, and customer experience.
Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
Manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and commercial targets while ensuring safety compliance.
What Were Looking For: BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and NPI activities.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
