Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and deliver day-to-day mechanical design services for multi-disciplinary projects.
·Manage smaller projects independently, with scope to take on larger responsibilities as you progress.
·Produce detailed design deliverables including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
·Collaborate closely with the wider MEP team, attend client meetings, and carry out site surveys.
What They're Looking For:
·Minimum 5 years UK Building Services experience within a mechanical design role.
·Relevant qualifications (HNC, HND or degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or related field).
·Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services design, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated design software (BIM experience advantageous).
·Full UK driving licence and ability to work from the office Monday-Friday.
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
