OverviewWe re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to support the growth of a busy engineering business – initially taking the lead on a project to deliver, install, and commission large–scale metal processing machinery.You ll be joining an established company that has more than doubled its turnover in the past three years, at an exciting stage of expansion. With projects in their early phases, s plenty of scope to make an impact. From the initial machine delivery and coordinating site resources, through setup, commissioning, and staff training, you ll ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively.Once operational, you ll continue to oversee the machinery s performance managing maintenance, driving efficiency improvements, and supporting the wider engineering environment.What you ll need:Experience in an engineering operations or engineering project management roleA hands on approach and not afraid to get your hands dirtyPractical mechanical / fitting experienceAn engineering qualification or time served experienceWhat you ll get:A basic salary circa GBP65,000 + Company Bonus25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysMonday to Friday working week5% company contributed pensionOpportunities for professional development and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
