Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design across a variety of building services projects
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, coordination, and client liaison
• Supporting the growth of the London office and contributing to wider business development initiatives
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Driving sustainable and innovative engineering solutions across all projects

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a building services consultancy
• Track record of delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
• Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and inspire teams
• Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset
