Location: Local to Kent / hybrid (approx. 2 days remote, rest in office) Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum

Role
They're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Senior Management Team. This is more than a designer role - it involves technical leadership, mentorship, project management, and helping shape company direction.
