This hands-on role will see you working with mechanical structures, rotating drives, and control systems, ensuring designs meet industry standards while delivering on time and to the highest quality. Alongside your technical expertise, you'll provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, helping to maintain and elevate engineering standards within the department.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the team, supporting professional development and ensuring consistent high-quality engineering outputs. Create detailed designs, assemblies, and engineering drawings using company design tools (Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD). Proactively identify and implement the right engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Generate new and modify existing designs, datasheets, and documentation to support costing, testing, and manufacturing. Deliver hands-on design work in the areas of mechanical structures, rotating drives, and control systems.
