Were hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to join our collaborative, national team in based within our dynamic Engineering and Sustainability Hub , this is a fantastic opportunity to help grow our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) service offering, while supporting Dilapidations and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services across high-profile commercial property projects throughout the UK and Europe. Youll work alongside a respected team on landmark buildings for clients including The Crown Estate, Legal & General, Aviva Investors, British Land, and Knight Frank Investment Management. ?? What Youll Do As an integral part of our MEP team, you will: Lead and support TDD, dilapidation, and PPM instructions nationwide.
Help grow our TDD services as part of a strategic expansion plan.
Conduct site inspections and write technical reports for prestigious commercial portfolios.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Explore energy and carbon assessments as part of evolving our sustainability-led services.
