This role will help discover and implement state-of-the-art solutions for our ML projects to enable rapid experimentation, increase accuracy of our models and ensure high quality of our products. This role will be part of a collaborative team that is integral to establishing the environments and processes to quickly build and deploy ML solutions into production. Work closely with Data Scientists to productionise ML models using engineering principles and reusable frameworks. Embed automation, testing, and monitoring into ML workflows to ensure reliability. Act as a quality gatekeeper for production deployments, ensuring best practices and coding standards are met. Lead initiatives to improve MLOps maturity within M&S. Who you are Experienced in building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale. Proficient in Python, Spark, and cloud technologies, preferably Azure. Experienced building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. Strong problem-solver who can work effectively across cross functional teams. Passionate about improving engineering practices.
