Responsibilities
- Design a scalable architecture
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams and proactively unblock dependencies across teams
- Ensure consistent UX and functionality across Android, iOS, and web platforms
- Identify edge cases, resolve bugs, and maintain high standards of test coverage
- Shape and evolve ANNA’s mobile development practices and CI/CD workflows
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across mobile platforms and advocate for best practices
- Drive A/B experiments improving conversion, advocate inclusive design and run performance budgets
- Lead incident responses and reduce repeat incidents

Technical Skills
- Experience with Flutter for cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Web).
- Solid background in Kotlin / Java, with knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
- Familiarity with RxJava / Coroutines for managing asynchronous tasks.
- Experience integrating with Proto3, WebSockets, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable mobile architectures.
Experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready mobile apps.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product).
- Previous involvement in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience running A/B testing and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
Soft Skills & Behaviours
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work closely with design, product, and backend teams.
- Proactive in unblocking dependencies and supporting peers.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring within mobile teams.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-deployment environment (750+ monthly releases).
- Ability to balance speed with quality, ensuring high test coverage and bug resolution.
Preferred Profile
- 5+ years in mobile engineering, with at least 2 years using Flutter.
- Experience in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment.
- A problem-solver who thrives in innovation-driven teams.
- Interest in AI-powered products and modern automation approaches.
