Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join the Customer Delight (CD) team. You’ll shape a complex, multi‑faceted product and deliver features for iOS and Android using Flutter, GCP and Azure, as well as native mobile technologies (Kotlin and Swift). You will work with designers and product managers from feature inception to delivery, own the development of these products and features, and mentor the team to nurture a best-in-class front-end engineering culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build robust and scalable solutions using predominantly Flutter technologies, from the first line of code to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement (SDLC ownership).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Software Engineers to shape and deliver customer features.
  • Identify bottlenecks and efficiency gains, and explore using technologies such as AI to create solutions.
  • Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative, high‑performance engineering culture.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
  • Bridge communication between technical and business teams to align goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart with a strong understanding of the mobile development ecosystem.
  • Experience building and deploying Android and iOS applications; knowledge of CodeMagic or similar CI/CD platforms is desirable.
  • Experience with native mobile development in Kotlin or Swift (ideally both).
  • Good testing practices (unit and integration).
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
  • Passion for learning new skills and technologies; proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player.

  • Stage 2: 45‑minute CV overview with Team Manager (video)
