You'll support the delivery of a new integrated MBSE/MBSA framework across highly complex electro-mechanical systems used in flight-critical environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to embed structured modelling tools and processes that will be adopted across an entire business unit. Join a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team where your systems modelling expertise will guide the project roadmap.Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid/Remote)Clearance: Must be eligible for UK SC Security ClearanceSeniority: 5+ Years of ExperienceKey Responsibilities:Drive the development and implementation of a fully integrated MBSE framework for aerospace actuation systemsUse CAMEO Systems Modeler to support execution of technical modelling plans and process integrationDefine procedures, modelling standards and workflows to be deployed across product teamsProvide expert guidance and mentoring to internal engineers unfamiliar with CAMEOCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align modelling activities with systems engineering needsDeliver critical documentation, process artefacts, and toolkits aligned with the aerospace product lifecycleQualificationsRequired Skills:CAMEO Systems Modeler - knowledgeable user with experience setting up and deploying modelling frameworksDeep knowledge of MBSE principles, SysML, and lifecycle applications in engineeringStrong capability to define and deliver processes, standards, and training materialsPrior experience in aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical industriesAbility to work autonomously and liaise across engineering functionsDesirable Skills:Exposure to Model-Based Safety Analysis (MBSA)Experience using CAMEO for certification or verification and validation (V&V)Familiarity with wider MBSE toolchains such as MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise ArchitectRequired Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related disciplineOR a relevant technical military background with equivalent hands-on engineering experienceMust be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK)Additional InformationWhy join us?We foster a community of dually talented individuals who are both entrepreneurs and technology specialists.
