The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
We’re looking for a technically skilled and strategically minded engineer to help lead and evolve our modern workplace capabilities. This is a hands-on role with real influence — you’ll be shaping how we deliver end-user computing across the organisation, driving automation, and mentoring a talented team of engineers.

You will
- Leadership & Delivery: Manage a small team of engineers, oversee work allocation, and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a senior escalation point, approve high-risk changes, and contribute to technical projects and onboarding.
- Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation.
- Strategic Influence: Provide input into our Intune and EUC roadmaps, and engage with customers on infrastructure best practices.
Who you are
- Strong experience with Intune, Defender, Endpoint Analytics, and automation
- PowerShell scripting and Windows image management
- A diplomatic and professional attitude when navigating challenges
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivation and the ability to support and inspire others
