Information Technology Recruitment Consultant

Excellent opportunities to join a global IT MSP and preferred partner of the UK MOD. My client is experiencing exponential growth and demand and as such there is up to 3 positions available to join the Network Security team as they work on cutting edge network projects within the UK defence sector.

On Offer

- Salary up to £55k - Some flex D.O.E.

- Hybrid working - 2 days on site - Basingstoke - (Other locations can be considered but must be prepared to travel to Basingstoke once per week)

- Company Bonus 10%

- Sponsored security clearance with 10% bonus upon achieving certification

What do I need?

- Past or current experience as a Network Engineer with exposure to network design

- Skills with common networking tools, tech and protocols - Cisco, Juniper - TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc

- Experience or knowledge of Network security processes and tools such as IDS, IPS, Firewalls etc

- Demonstrable network design skills with global vendors

- Strong communicator who can work with customers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget

- Wider infrastructure knowledge or experience is highly desirable but not essential i.e. VMWare, Hyper-V - understanding of how physical networks interact with virtual networks

- Please note roles are eligible for candidates willing to under go national security checks
