Overview

This role is with a Managed Services Provider delivering complex IT transformations for global enterprises. We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to strengthen the team.

The role is hands-on spanning detailed design, project delivery, and escalated support (4th line). You’ll be integral to building resilient and secure networks for key major enterprise customers.

You will

  • Deliver network solutions for key clients involving routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Lead on complex troubleshooting and escalations across enterprise environments.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and requests against agreed SLAs.
  • Utilise monitoring and ITSM platforms to maintain service excellence.
  • Provide input into architecture and design discussions with senior client stakeholders.

Skills and experience

  • Experience of working closely with senior enterprise client stakeholders for complex networking projects.
  • Cisco CCNP-level certification and proven enterprise networking background.
  • Strong experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Palo Alto firewall knowledge.
  • Advantageous: VMware NSX, F5 Load Balancing, Nutanix Flow, SD-WAN.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and clear, confident communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
