We'd love you to join us.What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?Significant demonstrable experience Performance Test Engineer / Lead in an agile team with a pragmatic, strategic mindset with focus on systems scalability and sustainabilityExtensive experience in performance testing APIs, UIs, microservices and enterprise databases (e.g.- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle).Detailed working knowledge with practical experience and skill at identifying performance bottlenecks cross application and infrastructure layers.Strong working knowledge and practical experience of performance testing tools (JMeter and K6) and performance monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Kiali, Prometheus and AWS CloudWatch.Detailed working knowledge and familiarity with IaC and modern DevOps practicesYou and your roleIf you're passionate about making sure systems run smoothly under pressure and want to help build services that millions of people rely on every day, this could be the role for you.You'll be part of an agile, forward-thinking team working on high-impact projects. Your job? Making sure our systems are fast, reliable and ready for anything. You'll lead performance testing across key services, work closely with developers and architects and bring your expertise to everything from test automation to CI/CD integration. It's a hands-on role where you'll shape strategy, mentor others and help us stay ahead of the curve.You'll need to be comfortable working with tools like JMeter or K6, have experience with AWS and Kubernetes and know your way around Git pipelines.
