The Roles:

️ Planning Engineers

Support project delivery with schedule development and performance analysis.

Senior Planners

Lead planning strategy, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure clarity across delivery phases.

Planning Managers

Oversee end-to-end planning across major programmes, mentor teams, and drive project controls at scale.

Client-Facing: Be embedded within delivery teams or operate from a consultancy perspective - variety guaranteed.

What You’ll Work On:

Depending on your level, you'll:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Create dynamic dashboards, forecasts, and earned value reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed, proactive decisions
• Assess and validate subcontractor schedules, manage risks, and maintain programme integrity
• Lead planning integration across complex, multi-discipline programmes

What You Bring

• Experience in engineering, construction, defence, or infrastructure planning
• Hands-on expertise with Primavera P6 (MS Project a bonus)
• Solid grasp of NEC contracts, earned value management, and performance reporting
• Strong communicator and team player with a sharp attention to detail
• Leadership skills (for senior roles), with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
