Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeenshire is looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to support a Brownfield Maintenance & Modifications contract.Responsibilities:Delivery of the project schedules and baselines for the project work scopesMaintenance of the project overall planning requirementsEnsure all relevant project procedures are applied as requiredMaintenance of overall project schedules for progress and man-hour expenditurePreparation and issue of all planning status reports and the impact of changes in the scope of work, along with recommendations to project managementContribute to planning reviews across the Aker Solutions network to ensure complianceUpdate and maintain the Integrated Work Management System, ensuring system integrity at all timesQualifications:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with external clients/customersProactive, flexible, and decisive, with the ability to be innovative and challenge existing processesIn-depth understanding of the oil and gas industryHighly competent user of industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and systemsKnowledge of project planning, systems, and tools within EPC/minor modificationsEducation:Educated to HND (or equivalent)This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
