They now seek a Senior / Principal Engineer focussed on managing the reporting / quality output from the Contracts Department. As this is a UK wide role, the individual can be based in any of four regional offices North East, North West, Glasgow,East Anglia or Berkshire
They should preferably be of / near Chartered Status with a strong ground investigation (technical) background. The role would :
* Oversee and manage factual reporting process within the contracts department
* Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely issue of reports
* Lead and supervise the preparation of factual reports across all four UK regional offices
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards and specifications
* Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and project managers
* Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
* Report reviewing and verification
* Communicate report findings to stakeholders
* Ensure transparency in the reporting process to generate auditable trail
Salary would be commensurate with background and experience
