The Opportunity
We're expanding our Geo Division in London and are seeking a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Consultant to join us. Geo is a core discipline within Stantec, supported by experienced leaders. Our geotechnical design team advises on site investigation scope, data interpretation, geotechnical reports, and construction support. Projects include large-scale earthworks, ground improvements, and challenging brownfield sites. We develop innovative systems and alternatives to standard approaches.

About You
You should have extensive experience in UK-based geotechnical design, soil mechanics, and soil/structure interaction. Qualifications include a BEng, BSc, or higher in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, and Chartered status. Experience with ground investigation, geotechnical testing, and designing foundations, earthworks, and ground improvement structures is essential. Proficiency in industry software like Oasys Pile, Rocscience, AutoCAD, and Excel is required; experience with Plaxis 3D is a plus. You should be able to produce clear geotechnical reports.
