Senior/Principal Structural Engineer – Sheffield

Salary: £45k-£62k DOE plus benefits. Our busy client in Sheffield is looking for a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural design calculations in all traditional materials in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
• Work on projects ranging from private residences to education structures, local housing associations, councils and more.
• Collaborate on projects with a busy engineering practice with a network of UK offices and growing workload.
• Support design processes with Tekla, CADS and Tedds.
• Visit sites regularly as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years\' UK experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Working towards Chartership (client will assist with this).
• Drive and ambition, ability to work within a team and use own initiative.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience in structural design and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
