An innovative clean-tech company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to help scale up breakthrough CO₂ utilisation processes, converting carbon dioxide and hydrogen into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and petrochemicals. The company is expanding rapidly and deploying its first demonstration plant.

Senior Process Engineer

Oxford

You will play a pivotal role in:

Leading

process design packages, modelling, and documentation (PFDs, P&IDs,

balances).

Optimising

catalytic conversion and separation systems, including pilot plant

operations.

Translating

lab data into scalable, reliable process solutions.

Contributing

to HAZOP/HAZID studies and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Acting

as mentor to junior engineers and support techno-economic studies. Senior Process Engineer Requirements:

Master’s

degree in chemical/process engineering (Minimum requirement)

Strong

process engineering experience, ideally with scale-up exposure

Expertise

in catalytic processes/hydrocarbon synthesis/separations

Fluency

in Mandarin (essential)
