Senior Process Engineer

FLI Water is a specialist provider of water and wastewater treatment technologies, delivering projects across the UK ranging from £100K to £6M. We’re currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in the design, development, and commissioning of innovative treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process design from concept through to commissioning
• Prepare P&IDs, mass balance diagrams, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and design engineers
• Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Support pilot trials and new technology assessments
• Deliver operator training and manage commissioning activities
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvement
Requirements:
• Degree-qualified engineer/scientist with 5–10+ years’ experience
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status
• Strong background in municipal wastewater projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Full UK driving licence
