Senior Product Development Engineer – Forestry (Polymer Science Background Preferred) Cardiff, UK (On-site) Monday – Friday, 40 hours

This is a site-based role near Cardiff, and occasional travel is required. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to drive innovation and development within the forestry product segment at our facility near Cardiff. This role will lead the creation of new and improved products, optimize cost efficiency, and support commercial growth by delivering solutions that meet customer needs and maintain market leadership.

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the development of new and improved products from concept to commercialization. Conduct feasibility studies, prepare Business Opportunity Case Assessments (BOCAs), and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
