In this role, you\'ll be at the intersection of design and production, driving projects from concept through to manufacturing and implementation. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, reliable, and cost-effective HVAC solutions that meet our clients\' needs. The company is going through a significant growth period and this role will be the first direct hire for the manufacturing team. Progression to a manufacturing management role is all but guaranteed within 12-18 months.
