Join Cytiva in the Life Sciences industry to work on challenges that matter and help transform human health.ResponsibilitiesLead and support local and/or global projects by using Visual Project and Daily Management tools to ensure on-time and on-cost project delivery.Instigate and lead direct communications cross-functionally within Cytiva and with suppliers and customers.Generate ideas for the Global Kaizen Funnel and use problem solving tools to resolve technically challenging complex problems with innovative solutions.Lead or facilitate Kaizen events.Work on New Product Introduction by creating and challenging project requirements for new product designs while fostering innovation and sustainability.Validate Product, Process and Equipment through testing plans and data review, with testing regimes based on knowledge and experience.Work using own initiative, prioritizing tasks while maintaining a cross-functional team approach.May have leadership responsibilities for a small team and mentor team members within the local Product Engineering team.QualificationsEngineering Certificate/Degree or equivalent with experience in product development or manufacturing.Knowledge of chemistry or polymer science.Familiar with multiple software platforms, procedures, and techniques relevant to this function.Knowledge of process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new products, processes, and equipment.Converse with English language.Ability to travel globally where and when required.LocationNewquay, England, United KingdomFor more information, visit www.danaher.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
