Do you want to work with a team of specialist for better structural solutions?Role responsibilitiesDesign and optimise structural products using concrete, steel or hybrid materials to support MMC and DFMA-led construction.Align product briefs with client needs and strategy, supporting option studies and standardisation to drive performance and value.Integrate structural design with manufacturing and digital workflows, enabling automation and offsite assembly.Lead prototyping, testing and iterative development across the product lifecycle, informed by data and site feedback.Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to documentation, specifications and continuous R&D for innovation and sustainability.Core skills and experience requiredDegree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Product Design Engineering or similar.Strong structural engineering and technical knowledge, particularly in concrete and steel systems.Experience with MMC, DfMA and design for offsite manufacturing.Proficiency with structural FE modelling and analysis tools.Ability to interpret and apply Eurocodes, UK Building Regulations and relevant design standards.Understanding of the full design lifecycle from concept to manufacturing and construction.Desirable3D Modelling and BIM skillsChartered or working towards ChartershipIf you want to play a key role in shaping and delivering repeatable, product-based strategies in critical sectors, apply today.About usWe are an international engineering and construction company delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure and buildings projects for clients in the UK, Middle East and Australia.Certainty, reliability, quality - this is what our clients want.
