Senior Product Engineer | £95,000 to £130,000 + Equity | Hybrid in London 3 days a week

Founders who have scaled previous businesses to above £100M ARR lead a seed-stage company with about seven people today. You will shape both the product and the architecture in a small, low-ego team. The focus is frontend, but you’ll think across the stack to make sensible choices and own features end to end — from the first sketch to production.

Scope includes order management, inventory routing across multiple locations, and fulfilment flows. It’s about building proper systems and reusable primitives rather than quick UI hacks. Tech is React and TypeScript. The aim is software that feels considered and polished, not clunky.

Location/Working arrangement: Hybrid in London (3 days on-site).

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from conception to production.
• Design reusable primitives and make architectural decisions that influence the product’s evolution.
• Work across the stack with frontend emphasis while considering backend implications.
• Collaborate with customers, design, and ops to shape features.
• Produce high-quality, well-crafted software with attention to detail and polish.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend focused product engineer with experience in small team environments or early-stage startups.
• Senior, Staff, or Principal level.
• Experience owning features end to end and building complex, dynamic UIs with strong systems thinking.
• Experience with design systems, state management, testing and optimisation.
• Highly experienced with React and TypeScript.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
