Marble Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Production Engineer based in a workshop in Portsmouth!

Key Responsibilities -

* Improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost.

* Manage production equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

* Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

* Work with Quality to meet industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).

* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

* Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Personal Requirements -

* Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production Engineering. (Desirable)

* 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/production engineering.

* Knowledge of CNC machining, heat treatments, coatings, welding, moulding, and automation.

* CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

Hours - 6.30am - 4pm Monday - Friday | Overtime available
