Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine assembly processes, providing your technical expertise. Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operations. Sign-off on all production assembly documents and maintain document control. Create jigs and fixtures that streamline assembly processes. Communicate effectively with customers to address build issues via email, Teams, or phone. Assist with New Product Introductions and optimise projects throughout their lifecycle.
