    • Experience required… 

    Essential: 

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to orchestrate and supervise the engineering coordination of multiple disciplines
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior members of staff working
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Significant experience working with Rail Standards such as Network Rail and/or Transport for London
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control of engineering deliverables including drawings and reports
  • Significant experience in dealing with Technical Queries and Requests for Information
  • Significant experience in Risk Management
  • Significant experience in managing engineering interfaces of multiple disciplines including such as civils, electrical and communications
  • Proven commercial experience in either engineering design or construction

    • Desirable: 

  • Chartered membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or similar
  • Significant experience in managing multi-disciplinary designs
  • Experience in working on site can be an advantage
