Senior Electrical Project Engineer\n\nSenior Electrical Project Engineer – Thames Water Projects\nSalary: £62,500 – £67,000 + car allowance + benefits\nLocation: Thames Valley Region\n\nWe’re seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical delivery across a portfolio of Thames Water projects. You’ll work with designers, suppliers, and the commercial team to ensure all electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:\n\n * \n\n Managing electrical requirements from design through to commissioning.\n\n * \n\n Supervising electrical installation works.\n\n * \n\n Leading audits, inspections, and outage planning.\n\n * \n\n Working with BIM/digital tools to optimise delivery.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC duties.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * \n\n HNC or above in Electrical Engineering.\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of control panel design, cable sizing, and instrumentation.\n\n * \n\n Supervisory experience within water or utilities projects.\n\n * \n\n Commercially astute with strong organisational skills.\n\n * \n\n BIM/digital engineering experience desirable.\n\nPackage\n\n * \n\n £62k – £67k salary\n\n * \n\n Car allowance\n\n * \n\n 26 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Pension matched up to 8%\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare\n\n * \n\n Life assurance & flexible benefits\n\nIf you’re a proven Senior Electrical Project Engineer with experience in water infrastructure, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a lead role on major Thames Water frameworks.
