Senior Project Manager – Residential Consultancy
Location: London | Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus
We’re working with a boutique residential project management & cost consultancy delivering standout projects in Later Living, PBSA, BTR, and Student Accommodation. With a growing pipeline of work from leading developers and investors, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team.
Why this role?
Lead high-value projects from £30m up to £100m , taking them from cradle to grave .
Take full ownership of schemes end-to-end, from inception to completion.
Work closely with top-tier developers, investors, and multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll do:
Deliver residential projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Oversee programming, procurement, risk management, and contracts.
Be the main client contact and lead stakeholder relationships.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record delivering high-value residential schemes, up to £100m , from cradle to grave.
End-to-end project delivery experience in the living sector.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent .
