Key Responsibilities Lead the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals for large-scale energy projects. Interpret RFQs and technical specifications to align customer needs with engineered solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the bid lifecycle. Organise site visits, supplier meetings, and subcontractor discussions to inform accurate scoping and costing. Support and guide Sales Engineers during client engagements and tender clarifications. Identify and manage technical and commercial risks throughout the proposal phase. Prepare RFQs for suppliers and subcontractors; review quotations and integrate them into final bids.
