We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join a fast-paced, innovative blockchain development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end test frameworks to ensure the highest quality across web, mobile, and API applications. You will work autonomously to develop scalable automation frameworks, contribute to QA best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing products. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Build and enhance automation frameworks for Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, WebdriverIO, and JS API testing frameworks
- Establish scalable long-term QA testing strategies and best practices
- Perform both automated and manual testing to ensure high security and quality standards for institutional-grade products
- Work independently to prototype and implement QA frameworks from scratch
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance testing processes and velocity
- Define, improve, and implement QA standard methodologies across projects
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in software QA/Test engineering
- Strong experience developing test automation frameworks with Typescript/JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cucumber, and Playwright
- Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GitHub, Jira, TestRail)
- Experience designing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and automation suites (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Strong problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience testing Web3 and blockchain products
- Ability to pass a background check
- Nice-to-have: Performance or load testing experience, additional JavaScript expertise
