They are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join their established team. Lead the investigation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action. Apply structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, 8D,etc.) to eliminate repeat issues. Support the Quality Manager with maintaining and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certifications. Conduct internal and supplier audits to customer-specific and regulatory requirements. Compile and maintain full product documentation packs to support delivery and traceability. Provide engineering support for Visual and CMM inspections, interpreting drawings and specifications. Carry out First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102. Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting a proactive quality culture. Senior Quality Engineer Essential Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a precision engineering environment (ideally aerospace or nuclear). Proven experience with NCR management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action. Strong knowledge of QMS, quality auditing, and first principle measurement techniques. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Benefits:
