Senior Quality Engineer Up to 35k Tandragee Working alongside s leading snack food brand, with a strong legacy the company has become a household name and are looking for a quality manager to Provide effective leadership and management of the Site quality to achieve site compliance with the technical policies, procedure standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities Strengthen and maintain site Quality Management Systems, ensuring BRC and customer compliance. Manage the HACCP plan, site procedures, and work instructions to uphold food safety standards. Oversee non-conformance investigations, ensuring timely root cause analysis, corrective actions, and trend analysis. Ensure the site is always audit-ready, including traceability and mass balance compliance. Report quality KPIs and maintain up-to-date quality boards. Support NPD integration by ensuring QAS and mini specs are in place pre-launch. Coordinate technical improvement projects and manage relevant contractors. Essential criteria Degree level minimum in related food discipline Experience of Quality System Auditing Desirable Leadership of a small team within an FMCG environment
