Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing efforts across Agile development teams. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle. Mentor and guide offshore test teams to ensure alignment and quality standards.
