Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an experienced individual to become a Senior Quality Engineer, with our Bellshill-based client.

\n

Working as a Senior Quality Engineer your role will be to verify and validate that all product specifications have been met during the product realisation process, as well as:

\n

\n Data Analysis and Reporting \n

Assist in the implementation of various improvement activities \n

Ability to carry out Root Cause Analysis, identify corrective and preventative measures and monitor effectiveness \n

Monitor Supplier performance in relation to non-conforming product with regular internal/external communications, reviews and follow-up \n

Participate in supplier QBRs (or similar) with the production of supporting Quality data to aid the monitoring and measurement of supply chain \n

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety policies and procedures \n

\n

To be successful in this role you will have a degree or equivalent in an engineering/quality related discipline. Combined with an excellent understanding and awareness of Quality Management Systems.

\n

Other key skills, traits and experience include:

\n

\n Ability to prepare, analyse and report quality statistics to all levels both internal and external \n

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n

Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite \n

Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision \n

\n
