Overview

Based at our R&D facility at Rotherwas, due to continuing growth of the company, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior RF Engineer to join the design team working on a range of state-of-the-art search and rescue products for the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Design of RF Transceiver Circuits and Modules
• RF / Microwave simulation tools
• Design for Test / Design for Manufacture
• EMC requirements and testing
• Use of laboratory equipment
• PCB design software (Altium Designer)
• Production of RF Hardware specification documentation
• Design of RF hardware Transmitter / Receiver circuits and modules
• System test and debugging
• Validation reporting
• Support for existing products and new product development

Requirements

• Experience in RF/ Microwave design and system integration
• Experience with RF Transmitter/Receiver circuit design
• Experience with EMC testing and compliance
• Laboratory equipment operation and measurement
• PCB design using Altium Designer
• Ability to produce clear RF hardware specification documentation
