Polytec are looking for a Team Leader for our client based just north of Cambridge. This role involves some travelling therefore you will need to have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of RF design engineers * Technical design and specification of RF circuitry * Technical requirements analysis * Resolution of design and integration issues * Type approval support * Technical support to end customers * Regular reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

* Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or similar * Extensive experience in RF design and development * In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies * Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams * Excellent project management skills * Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in RF design tools and software
