What You’ll Do: Design dual-path control architectures with graceful degradation modes (freeze, retract, sit/kneel, safe fall). Implement redundancy and failover strategies. Integrate motion control with the safety envelope. Test control resilience in hardware-in-loop and simulation environments. Ensure compliance with safety performance KPIs.. We’re Looking For: 8+ years in control systems for robotics. Expertise in redundant and fault-tolerant control . Experience with real-time control software and safety-critical motion planning . Familiarity with hardware-in-loop testing . Knowledge of safety standards for robotic motion systems .
