Overview

All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication and on-site assembly to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production — unlocking even the most complex sites.

We’re currently seeking a Senior Robotics Manipulation Engineer to own our core manipulation pipeline, from motion planning through to execution. You will lead the development of control systems that enable our robots to perform complex, contact-rich construction tasks with precision, reliability, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and optimising motion planning and control algorithms;
  • Implementing force/torque control and compliant behaviours for contact-rich tasks;
  • Ensuring safe and reliable execution of manipulation tasks;
  • Integrating low-level control policies with higher-level planners and perception pipelines;
  • Conducting real-world testing and benchmarking of control systems.

Expertise

  • Proficiency with Python and C++;
  • Proficiency in motion planning, control theory, and real-time robotic systems;
  • Experience with MuJoCo and IsaacSim;
  • Experience with ML approaches to control, including imitation learning (IL), reinforcement learning (RL), and vision-language-action (VLA) models.

Nice to have

  • Tool path planning for construction operations;
  • Integration with quadruped base coordination;
  • Experience in deploying optimised and reliable production code.

We offer

  • Chance to be a part of a large-scale project;
  • Team driven by impactful cause;
  • Hybrid format of work with the lab located in Park Royal;
