We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the UKI region. In this role, you will blend technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish, identify and understand customer pain points, and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
- Ensure delivery of strong RFx responses, contextualized demos and compelling PoVs
- Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
- Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
- Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
- Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
- Build solutions for different industry verticals
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs and speaking at UiPath events and other industry events
- Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem
- Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap
- Demonstrate alignment with UiPath values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
- Maintain a balance of technical, business, and sales skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect role
- Show strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience in building internal and external relationships
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
- UiPath platform knowledge is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
- Driven, solution-selling mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Team player in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel
Qualifications
- Experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture with a demonstrable client-facing background
- Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process discovery, process mining, automation solutions and AI technologies
- Knowledge of UiPath platform is a plus; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
- Ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions
