Senior Salesforce Engineer - Insurance client - Permanent- Hybrid We are seeking a number of Senior Salesforce Engineers to join our client, a major player in the Health insurance industry, working on a permanent basis via the Robert Walters Consultancy. This role can be worked out of a variety of locations on a hybrid basis including Tunbridge Wells, Manchester, Leeds, and Leicester among others. Our client is focused on building out their Digital Platform, centred around Salesforce, but involving a significant .NET estate and use of Azure services. Responsibilities: Leading a product engineering team, taking ownership of meeting delivery outcomes as per our transformation roadmap Working within the Engineering Leadership Team to set the Engineering strategy and delivering on it Spending a large amount of your time being hands-on with the code, e.g. reviewing Pull Requests and ensuring best practices are followed by both full time and third-party engineers.
