As a Senior SecOpsEngineer you’ll be supporting the delivery of information securityoperations, covering but not limited to company policies, data loss prevention, access protection, incident response and investigation, vulnerability mitigation, systems monitoring and related projects. This will help us excel at maintainingsecure, reliable and compliant systems as well as the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information across the business to stay ahead of the game.


What you’ll be doing

Our Information Securityteam is on a mission: protect and serve. We use modern technologies to detect and eliminatethreats, while enabling the business to move fast and securely. We embrace a YES mentality—solving problems, driving innovation, and continuously improving.
 

As a Senior SecOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our securityposture across a growing, multi-location team. You’ll lead initiatives that span:

  • Implementing and maintainingsecuritycontrols, policies, and standards (ISO27001, SOX, PCI-DSS).

  • Investigating incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and supporting DLP migration.

  • Reviewing tenant-level securityposture and contributing to strategic objectives.

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to embed securityinto workflows.

  • Automating repeatable tasks and developing tools to improve operational efficiency.

  • Supporting awareness training and third-party risk assessments.



    • Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong communicator with a proactive, self-starting mindset.

  • Deep technical knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and securitycontrols.

  • Hands-on experience with DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.

  • Solid foundation in networking and infrastructure security.

  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, M365).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SecurityTools and modern securitystacks.

  • Relevant certifications (SSCP, CCSP, CEH, CySA+ or equivalent).


    • Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

  • Experience in regulated industries gaming, fintech).

  • Understanding of gambling compliance and player behaviour.

  • Exposure to geographically distributed systems and teams.
