Location: Stockport (with national and international travel)

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Support Provide advanced technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and lead service interventions and projects. Mentoring & Training Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training on new features, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. System Management Oversee system performance, conduct regular audits and performance assessments, and ensure optimal system reliability.
