Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in operational support, application integration, and building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include: Monitoring a broad range of systems and troubleshooting bugs efficiently. Gaining valuable insight into the expanding field of server operations. Building and supporting the infrastructure to optimize customer experience. Taking responsibility for resolving issues, responding to incidents, and managing on-call duties when needed.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Hands-on experience with AWS services at the DevOps Engineer level. Prior experience managing incidents, changes, and problem-solving processes. Strong background in enterprise observability tooling, specifically Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, with experience in PromQL. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or SQL. Familiarity with GitHub, GitOps, container orchestration, and Kubernetes. Experience with configuration and deployment management using CI/CD pipelines.
